Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Ogello Awiti Advocates has a zealous Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department. Its key areas of service are public law litigation, civil and commercial litigation and practice, criminal litigation, constitutional and human rights litigation, electoral disputes/petitions before the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, subordinate courts/Court martials, tribunals & specialized courts. The department also offers legal services relating to arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. In addition, the Department offers debt collection services. The Firm through the litigation department is actively engaged before the Court Martials sitting in Nairobi where it defends the rights/interests of number of servicemen and military officers accused of varying offences under the Kenya Defence Forces Act.
